Owner, Katherine Wonder, working on a laptop - ready to help small businesses with their digital marketing.

Meet Katherine Wonder

I don’t believe small business owners need more marketing advice. I believe they need a strategy they can actually stick to.

When I started Sunset Bridge Consulting, I saw too many talented business owners feeling like they were constantly falling behind. They knew they needed to market their business, but between running their company, serving clients, and juggling everything else on their plate, social media became one more thing they never felt “caught up” on.

I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why I built Sunset Bridge Consulting around one simple philosophy:

Social Media Made Easy.

Not because marketing should be effortless, but because it should feel clear, intentional, and sustainable.

Sunset Bridge Consulting began with a simple realization: too many talented business owners were spending countless hours trying to figure out marketing instead of focusing on the work they actually loved.

I saw entrepreneurs posting consistently but without a strategy, creating content without a clear purpose, or avoiding social media altogether because it felt overwhelming. They didn’t need more platforms, more trends, or more pressure to “go viral.” They needed a plan.

When I founded Sunset Bridge Consulting in 2020, my goal was to become the kind of marketing partner I knew small businesses deserved: someone who could simplify the process, provide honest guidance, and build strategies that supported long-term growth instead of quick wins.

What started with social media management has grown into a full-service marketing business offering strategic content creation, website design, email marketing, branding, coaching, and educational workshops. While the services have expanded, the mission hasn’t changed.

I believe great marketing isn’t about being the loudest. It’s about telling the right story, reaching the right audience, and building genuine relationships that help your business grow.

That’s what I help my clients do every day.

My Story

"I believe every small business has a story worth telling. My job is to help you tell yours with clarity, confidence, and a strategy built to last."

Beyond the Business

While marketing is what I do, building relationships is what I love most.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me spending time outdoors with my husband and our two rescue dogs, Watkins and Rambo, exploring local hiking trails, or discovering a new small business to support. I believe some of the best ideas come from stepping away from the computer and experiencing the world around us.

I'm also the author of Watkins: More Than Your Average Dog, a children's book inspired by one very special rescue pup. Writing that book reminded me that every story has the power to make someone feel seen, understood, or inspired. That's a belief I carry into my work every day.

Giving back to the small business community is equally important to me. I'm proud to stay actively involved with organizations like the Armonk Chamber of Commerce, the Business Council of Westchester, and the Brewster Chamber of Commerce because I believe collaboration, mentorship, and community are some of the most powerful tools for helping businesses grow.

At the end of the day, I don't measure success by awards or algorithms. I measure it by the relationships I've built, the businesses I've helped grow, and the confidence my clients gain when marketing finally starts to feel less overwhelming.

Those are the moments that remind me why I started Sunset Bridge Consulting in the first place.
